BigSeller is provided free of charge for e-commerce platform connections and inventory management, with JFWMS coordinating warehouse operations.
How are service fees confirmed?
We develop a plan based on your products, SKUs, inventory volume, order structure and procedures, with storage, order handling, materials and other applicable fees listed separately. Quotes are confirmed against your actual needs so you can compare overall warehousing and fulfillment costs.
Can I use BigSeller after moving my goods into the warehouse?
We provide BigSeller free of charge to help you connect e-commerce platforms and manage inventory. Storage, order handling, materials and transport fees are explained separately.
Are inbound freight, customs clearance, delivery or COD included?
Core services cover warehouse operations, carrier handover and agreed returns handling. Requirements such as inbound freight, customs clearance, the importer of record, taxes, last-mile delivery, COD, store operations and B2B replenishment require separate confirmation of the provider, fees and responsibilities.
